Horrible. British Aid worker may have been killed by a grenade thrown by a US soldier.

British aid worker Linda Norgrove may have been accidentally killed by US forces during a rescue mission in Afghanistan, David Cameron has said.

International forces there originally said the 36-year-old died on Friday when one of her captors detonated a suicide vest.

But at the start of a press conference in Downing Street, Mr Cameron said it had since emerged that she may have died as a result of a US grenade being detonated during the rescue.

Mr Cameron said the manner of her death had not been confirmed and everything was now being done to do establish certainty about the circumstances.

He said US military commanders had expressed their "deep regrets" about the possibility that she may have died in this way.

3. The initial reports
that suggested she died as a result of a bomb vet or a suicide bomber.

4. Was that a lie or a quick assessment?
Petraeus is the one opening up the inquiry, it sounds like he wants to get it right. It's sad that another life is lost, peace to her family.

5. this one:
"The invasion of Afghanistan was not legitimate self-defense under article 51 of the charter because the attacks on Sept. 11 were criminal attacks, not "armed attacks" by another country. Afghanistan did not attack the United States. In fact, 15 of the 19 hijackers came from Saudi Arabia. Furthermore, there was not an imminent threat of an armed attack on the United States after Sept. 11, or Bush would not have waited three weeks before initiating his October 2001 bombing campaign. The necessity for self-defense must be "instant, overwhelming, leaving no choice of means, and no moment for deliberation." This classic principle of self-defense in international law has been affirmed by the Nuremberg Tribunal and the U.N. General Assembly."

6. Didn't most of the world support us going into Afghanistan?
I'm remembering they did. Iraq was a different story.

8. Indeed
Almost every Country in the World stood with the US when they went in to Afghanistan. Neo-Cons destroyed that universal support when they decided to invade Iraq.

9. On that we do agree.
Iraq was the biggest lie ever put out to we the people. It earned bushco the disdain of those who had stood with us earlier.

10. I don't think so.
The Tillman death was a major cover up. This is not going to be like that, it's already opened to the US may have caused her death.
