2. Judging from the satellite pic, it's clearly at least a tropical depression

although the latest report this morning said a hurricane hunter plane was en route to investigate. I think they'll find Paula has already formed.

WILL LIKELY BE INITIATED LATER THIS AFTERNOON...AND WATCHES AND/OR
WARNINGS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR PORTIONS OF THE COAST OF HONDURAS...
BELIZE...AND THE YUCATAN PENINSULA OF MEXICO. THERE IS A HIGH
