"Most Blatantly Outrageous Political Comment of the Year" (so far):
"Have these people no shame?---How dare the President do this?"

Those and other similar comments were spewed and sputtered by none other than KKKarl Rove, sometimes referred to as "Bush's Brain" and widely regarded on both sides of the aisle as one of the most unprincipled, amoral and shameless wingnut partisans ever to craft a lie. http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2010/10/10/rove-to-obama-how-dare-you/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+rss%2Fcnn_politicalticker+(Blog%3A+Political+Ticker)

KKKarl is upset because the President has publicly stated that the US Chamber of Commerce is funding attack ads against Democrats with funds from unnamed sources and some of their sources are foreign countries, including China. What must make this doubly vexing for Turdblossom is that it happens to be true. Not only does the Chamber accept money from foreign powers, it actively solicits such funds and openly suggests that this will give businesses in China and India and Saudi Arabia access to the US political process. See: http://blendzpolitik.blogspot.com/2010/10/us-chamber-of-commerce-soliciting.html

So, once again, we see a prominent Republican anal sphincter relying on the ignorance and inattention of the American public and the cooperation of the MSM as he simply denies---nay, feigns outrage about---President Obama's truthful statement about him and the slugs he "pals around with". Our "fair and balanced" media will score this issue as even: "Democrats accuse---Republicans deny. Who is to know who's right?"

That David Gregory and others on Meet the Press did not greet KKKarl's remarks with unrestrained laughter simply demonstrates how low the bar has been set for "jounalism".
