Foreclosuregate & title problems: a big mill admits it
Edited on Mon Oct-11-10 07:56 PM by Waiting For Everyman
This just shows what brazen lies these foreclosure mills are putting across in court.

Article title:
Florida foreclosure firm's title insurer won't insure firm's foreclosure titles

http://www.palmbeachpost.com/money/real-estate/florida-foreclosure-firms-title-insurer-wont-insure-firms-959798.html

The title insurance arm of one of the state's largest foreclosure law firms is refusing to cover properties foreclosed on by its own attorneys citing potential defects in court filings.

...

"It is somewhat surprising that now they won't even insure their own work," Feldman said.

______________

So they march into court for the foreclosure and swear up and down that their documents are legit and everything sworn-to is true, in order to take the house from the owner... and then turn around and refuse to issue a title policy on THAT VERY SAME PROPERTY BECAUSE OF IMPROPER PROCESS CLOUDING THE TITLE.

I think they just admitted that they stole the house. Can this situation get any more blatant than that?

You couldn't make this stuff up. It's like the foreclosure courts have been taken over by the Three Stooges, and people are still arguing that everything's ok, and nothing unusual is going on.

(facepalm)

This is serious though, it's NOT funny but it IS absurd. We are "through the looking glass" and into Kafka-land now.

1. Yea, and I don't have beer and travel money, so what is the point again?

It gets better, there are lots of other things that correlate.

I thought of an analogy.

Imagine everything in existence being in an indexed table based on thought components. Like how when you think of a coffee cup your mind puts together different images of a coffee cup, and if you think of the handle, you get a handle image, stuff like that.

So think of every thought or visual or sound component in existence being in an indexed table, then remove a few thousand and assign the index number to the same item. Then 'presto' you have many items that correlate that used to be different.

Was going to write a story about that, it matches removal of space time. Or the continual simplification of existence.

Just a story though.

I think taking my beer and travel money, and experiences was absurd.

7. Okay, THIS is hilarious! The NHT/FDLG honeymoon is over.
A fly on the wall, I'd love to be one, considering they share space.

8. Obama's Axelrod says foreclosures must go on because...
well there actually might be some legit ones out there, so it wouldn't be fair. A perfectly pragmatic let them eat cake moment.

Un.....fucking.....believable. What sort of monsters do we have at the heart of democratic leadership? Is every last one a coward on their knees in front of wall street? Is there anyone left in the political system who has any sense of ethics and morals? No. We all just meat for the market.

"The title insurance arm of one of the state's largest foreclosure law firms is refusing to cover properties foreclosed on by its own attorneys citing potential defects in court filings."

So far they are doing a good job of keeping this low profile. Just like the BP oil spill.

The centrists say "Oh, yeah? Tea baggers are worse."

Perhaps this distinction exists only in rhetoric.
