Another GOPer Steers Clear of an Extremist
This time, it's Joe Heck, Republican candidate in Nevada's 3rd district, who said he was still UNDECIDED about the Senate race between Sharron Angle and Harry Reid.

While I obviously hope Heck loses spectacularly, you have to like the fact that Angle has become so extreme that Heck is willing to risk fracturing his base in order to avoid tying himself to her. I'm sure there are more than a few moderate Republicans in New York that are in the same boat when it comes to Carl Paladino, and the GOP candidate for Delaware House probably has a pretty bad case of Christine O'Donnellitis.

This is part of an encouraging trend where more measured, moderate candidates are speaking out and calling extreme elements in politics what they are. Me likey.
