101-Year-Old Woman Becomes Citizen, Finally


Eulalia Garcia Maturey, crossed the Rio Grande in 1908 into Brownsville, Texas as a baby in her mothers arms. On Tuesday, at the age of 101, she finally became a U.S. citizen.
