O'Donnell, when pressed, couldn't identify a single Supreme Court Case
that she disagreed with.

"There are many, but I can't think of them right now."

She went on to say many federal cases, like Prop 8 in CA.

LOL

What a moroon.

Even when the mods spoonfed her Roe V. Wade she said, oh, you said recent.

1. that was completely devastating
Dead air, followed by the admission that she has absolutely no idea about the USSC's recent docket. She just showed anyone who cares to see that she's woefully inadequately prepared to be a United States Senator.

14. That was my take
Christine O’Donnell doesn't answer questions she hears keywords and reiterates the associated memorized response.

13. Why didn't she give the Palin answer?
All of them? No wait that was for "Which newspapers do you read?"

But the same answer would work in a pinch. Or just hold up the palms of her hands and say, "Sorry I recently washed after the 'little girl's room'"

16. She could have said, "I'll Try To Find You Some, and Bring'em To Ya ..."
She would have been better off saying, "Well, I don't have the components with me to conjure any up, but if you bring me some wing of bat I'll see what I can do."

She repeated the word several times and obviously doesn't know she's mispronouncing the word. Does she say new-kul-lar? The last leader that did was a disaster.

22. I wouldn't expect her to be able to rattle off accurate case
names and years. She should know a couple at least and the basic info on a few more, weather she knows the name or not.
Kind of like Palin with the reading. A journalism degree for christ sake and she can't name a few? How about The Wall Street Journal, her home town paper and maybe News Week? Anything would have been an ok answer.
Katie may have been setting her up though. She may have been ready with specific questions about recent articles in a number of likely publications.

It's sad she couldn't even come up with that or even worse she wouldn't commit herself to saying Roe V. Wade was a bad decision.

Edited on Wed Oct-13-10 11:40 PM by Warren DeMontague
I mean, she couldn't even take a minute to prepare for the obvious ones?

Second, for fuck's sake: Anyone as hot and bothered as she is to outlaw Masturbation, as well as to get Teh Gayz, should be familiar w/ Lawrence v. Texas. Easy.

42. Fair enough. For you. I don't think you are running for the Senate
and you don't, from what I have seen, complain about activist judges. Context IS everything.

If you are running for Senate please accept my most humble apologies and good luck!
