It matters that you want to repeal every aspect of the most comprehensive health care overhaul in decades, including the ones that allow children to stay on their parents' insurance for longer, stop insurance companies from denying coverage based on preexisting conditions, and makes sure that uninsured folks in emergency rooms don't force the insured to pay their medical bills.
