I scratch my head when I hear someone in the media say...
...that the Democrats and the White House have a "communication problem".

For some reason, they are unable to communicate their successes. And the Republicans walk all over them.

Excuse me? Isn't the media supposed to be the communicators in our system of government? Aren't they supposed to inform the citizenry of what is going on? Aren't they supposed to separate fact form fiction?

Instead, all they seem to want to do is to put more lipstick on the pigs that are running for the highest positions of government? Whose fault is it?

4. That's basically true - except for the President. He sitll has his
"bully pulpit", and is able to get wide coverage for his message whenever he chooses. The problem has been precisely that - that he has not done so when he should have, and has instead let the MSM and corporations co-opt his message.

5. Well but then there is the after speech "Spin" by the media, or the selective editing
Obama's given lots of speeches, townhalls, etc. Note how the media does not show them, or edits them.

3. Most of the media is owned by corporations that benefit from Republican rule...
They have one goal - to maintain the status quo. Their game is one of illusion.

8. The "Liberal Media" say that the Democrats and the White House have a "communication problem".
If the media had a liberal bias, they would be communicating on behalf of the Democrats and the White House, at least part of the time. The other part of the time they would be demonstrating how the policies are not liberal enough. Instead, the Democrats and the White House have a "communication problem" while any RW nutjob can get any whacko RW message on the air.

The lie of the liberal media myth.

10. I agree to a point.
However, it's a bit disingenuous to pretend that the POTUS or top tier Dems couldn't do a heck of a lot better job of working to actually SOLVE some of the problems us lowly citizens are facing and less worrying about playing victim. Grow a pair and pushback.....HARD. Quit fucking coddling the bastards, they're idea of "bipartisanship" is that they get everything they want then kick you in the teeth cuz' you didn't give it with a smile.

11. I heard Mike What's-his-face say this on Morning Joe this AM...
"They have a communication problem".

No matter what the Democrats do, they criticize and no matter what the Repubs do, they defend.
