Idiots will take bullshit over honesty every time if it sounds like what they want to hear. I never thought we could have someone dumber than Reagan until Quayle came along. Then I thought we couldn't have anything dumber than Quayle until the shrub came along. I thought the same of the shrub and now the GOP is flooding the country with morons who actually make the shrub look bright (well, if you consider an IQ of 12 to be bright, that is).
