Mass. man faces charges for toilet paper assault
Source: ItemLive.com

A Framingham man is facing an assault charge for allegedly hitting a town hall custodian on the back of the head with a roll of toilet paper he threw because he was angry the man was whistling while he worked.

Framingham police say 55-year-old Allen Kerner was in town hall Wednesday using the bathroom. The custodian, not realizing anyone was in the restroom, whistled as he replenished the toilet paper rolls.

The custodian told police he was in a stall when struck. Kerner yelled at him about whistling and fled. Kerner, pursued by the custodian, was apprehended by police outside.

Police tell The MetroWest Daily News that Kerner will be summoned to court to face an assault and battery charge. A number for Kerner could not immediately be located.

3. Shitty behavior
Got a penance for Mr. Grumpy, who sure sounds like a typical Republicon Family Values Pharisee -- he can scrub the town hall toilets every day for a year or so...

16. Ok, when you're assaulted at work and the police arrest the person...
who assaulted you, I hope you won't want them to be prosecuted. Heaven forbid people feel they work in a safe environment.

20. Yeah, it seems pretty reasonable
To prosecute people who randomly attack innocent members of the public. I mean, it's not like the guy should be thrown in jail, but it's silly to say that the law shouldn't punish people acting in this way. The toilet roll thing makes it sound funny, but it's not like he was a friend just playfully throwing things around; he was a demented stranger who came up to this guy yelling about him whistling and then started throwing things at him.

to the tp thrower to speak up and say something like, "Excuse me, sir, but you could please not whistle?"
