It was just guys looking at images of women fucking horses, right. But, you complain about what the boss is doing, and a mark against you doesn't have to be written down. It is taken into account when promotions are handed out. You get labeled a troublemaker, or one of those limp wristed politically correct people that don't work as hard as real guys.

There can be victims, even if there are no complaints. 60% of rapes are unreported, does that mean there was no victim in those rapes?
