1. Isn't The Animal World Basically That Way?

The pack mentality,the herd instinct. They care for their own,their nurture,feed and prepare their offspring for the push into their new life. Yes there are exceptions. Some mother animals ignore the runt or one of the litter for some reason. On the other hand many an animal has been known to nurture another not of their own species and often times with one that should be considered the "enemy". However we have far too many today that eat well, live well, enjoy good health and face a bright retirement but have no feelings at the millions who sleep in shelters,have no jobs,are sickly and can't afford a doctor,having to cope with a parent or two,kids of their own, facing an uncertain future. They have blinders on. If they don't see these people and their suffering then it doesn't exist. What you don't know doesn't hurt you. Plead ignorance at every step. Keep that deer in the headlight look when a reporter would even dare mention those that are down and out. In the animal world they can push one out of the herd(and it's legal). We can't even find a voting machine that isn't shady!!
