Question for November 3
The Republicans and teabaggers are betting very, very heavily on taking at least the House of Representatives, and preferably both the House of Representatives and the Senate. If this happens, they will immediately suspend all House business and begin work on impeaching President Obama.

Here's the question: if the morning of November 3 comes with the Democrats still in control of both houses, how big of a war are we in for?

6. I was thinking more of the war in the GOP
There are two factions in the GOP: the teabaggers, who want to destroy the country through tax and spending cuts, and the talibornagain, who want to destroy the country through theocracy. (They do agree on the need to keep America free of brown people.)

When 11/3 comes up and Nancy Pelosi's still speaker of the House and Harry Reid is still Senate majority leader, these two factions are going to go at each other with the kind of force only a Cat 5 Hurricane can muster. It's gonna be REAL entertaining.

8. I see the teabaggers as an attempt to push US politics further to the right.
I saw the desired result as 'moderate republicans' becoming the 'extreme left', with the center being somewhere around Atilla the Hun. Given the amount of Reagan like policies I see advocated by self described 'centrists' here, I'd say the teabaggers are already most of the way there.

3. I think it will be like nothing we've ever seen!
First of all, they're going to cry voter fraud, since the polls said they would win. Just seeing how divisive it's been for a mid-term election, I am dreading the next two years.

4. They'll declare war on bumper stickers.
No doubt we'll see an uprising in disgruntled old racists keying cars and getting all worked up.

5. First ever Whine War will lead to bitching in epic proportions...
They will stomp.
They will say they have a right to secede from the union...
There will be open carry marches...
They will claim they were just not conservative enough and if they had just lived up to their conservative principles (whatever those might be) they would have be elected in a land slide.

Oh Yes...

They will claim Acorn and "Democrat Computer Vote machines" and the Black Panthers stole their vote.

They will call for Palin to spread her arms and part the red sea of Democrat calumny and lead them to the white house and victory.
