ANNOYED at DSCC!!!

We need your help immediately. Our online team just reviewed the final statement report of this election and noted that you have yet to make an online donation to the DSCC. With only 9 days left - and 10 races within 3 points - we need a final grassroots push to fight Tea Party Republicans. Can we count on an immediate contribution?

DSCC supporters have funded a phenomenal Democratic turnaround in the past month:

PA: Joe Sestak is surging. Polls show him ahead 44-41.
LA: Charlie Melancon is within 3 points of David Vitter, 48-45, erasing a 10+ point deficit.
WA: Patty Murray is leading Dino Rossi 49-46.
WI: Russ Feingold jumped into dead heat against Ron Johnson, 49-47.'

Intimidation WILL NOT WORK on me!!! Never has Never will. They have no idea what I have actually contributed to Dem candidates, and I find it exceedingly irritating that their 'online team just reviewed . . . and noted that {I} have yet to make an online donation to the DSCC.'

And tell them you have reviewed your records and are disappointed to find who they are NOT funding so you have decided to cover for their grievous error by donating directly to the candidates they have shorted.

5. I just got one, as well.

I have donated, voted and worked on all members of my family to make sure they vote/voted absentee. That's a bunch.

There are so many groups calling and emailing, I've lost track. I donated to the ones I wanted to and had to call it quits. There is only so much blood in this turnip.

Not only are they trying to guilt me into sending them money, they're implicitly threatening to cut me off if I don't!

Oh noes!!1! No more e-mail money solicitations from DSCC! How ever will I survive? :rofl:

Except both they and I know they WON'T cut me off. They'll keep sending me their notices about my "account"--and I'll keep deleting them. And making my contributions directly to the candidates I want to support.

I didn't expect an answer. I told them I was putting all my money into local candidates' races and as long as DSCC ignores my state I will ignore giving them money. I got a reply within a few minutes. "DSCC has carefully chosen the most important and winnable races."
