A recent report revealed allegations of misuse of $100 million in California, and authorities have uncovered two apparently unrelated schemes by Michigan National Guard recruiters to pocket bonuses to which they were not entitled.

hell,even the recruiters have to live with their own demons.$100 million equals the cost of one really good war machine.here's one DAY'S contracts awarded.
