Meg Whitman Concedes That No One Likes Her

http://gawker.com/5672659/meg-whitman-concedes-that-no-one-likes-her

California gubernatorial candidate and average mom Meg Whitman has spent $140+ million of her own money to... still be trailing Jerry Brown a week before election day. And here, in her last commercial, she concedes that no one likes her.

Whitman, who was neck-and-neck with Brown until about a month ago, is now desperate. The most recent Los Angeles Times poll shows her trailing Brown by 13 percentage points. That is not a good number of points by which to be trailing.

So here's Whitman's last pitch, in which she levels with voters: "I know many of you see this election as an unhappy choice betwen a longtime politician with no plan for the future and a billionaire with no government experience."

Then she explains that you should vote for the inexperienced billionaire anyway. On the good side, we get to see cute childhood photos of her little darlings!

When will she just straight-up pay for votes? Barrels of cash, parachuting from the sky, while she sobs in her helicopter. This is destined to be Meg Whitman's final act.

3. Meg's screechy whine should be perfect to scare the kids for Halloween
and a endless loop of "NOBODY LOVES ME" whines would suffice too.

12. She completely lacks "charisma"...
...and while Schwarzenegger may be a ruthless fuck, the truth still stands that he came to America with little more than ambition and a few bucks in his pocket, took a job as a bricklayer, and achieved his goals, just like laying those bricks...one brick at a time.

No one needs to like or admire him for doing so, but he did it. Whether he did it via admirable means or sheer, unadulterated ambition, he did it.

Meanwhile, Whitman...according to her own mother...screamed and howled if she came in second place as a student. My only regret is that she will somehow mask the screaming and howling of her defeat until she knows she's well away from the cameras.

18. The Rape Accusation Against Meg Whitman's Son That Got Hushed Up
The Rape Accusation Against Meg Whitman's Son That Got Hushed Up

http://gawker.com/5669754/the-rape-accusation-against-meg-whitmans-son-that-got-hushed-up

As a student at Princeton University, the son of California gubernatorial candidate Meg Whitman—one of the school's most celebrated donors—was accused of sexually assaulting a classmate. This is the story of the explosive accusation and its quiet aftermath.

Griffith Rutherford Harsh V was never arrested or charged with a crime in connection with the incident. Princeton dealt with it quietly and internally, ultimately allowing Harsh to continue his education. He graduated with the class of 2009, three years after his rape accusation—and two years after the inauguration of Whitman College, the residential living complex his billionaire mother donated $30 million to help build. The donation was announced in 2002, the year before Griff matriculated.

On a spring night in 2006, Griff—then a sophomore—went partying on the Street, a boozy row of private undergraduate dining clubs. As he would later tell a panel of university disciplinarians, he ran into a classmate and went home with her. They had sex. She awoke the next morning with a black eye, bruised face and, she told friends, no memories from the previous night. According to multiple sources—one of whom was a dormitory adviser at the time—the girl told her friends Griff Harsh had raped her.

A friend who spent time with her the following morning spoke to us under the condition of anonymity: "She woke up with him on top of her, and he was like, 'You need the morning-after pill.' And she was like, 'Why, what happened?' She didn't remember having sex, she didn't remember consenting, she didn't remember any of it.

"She had clearly hurt herself badly. Or been hurt badly."

15. Note to Meg...
It's not that people don't like you; it's just that you are attempting to spend tens of millions of dollars to buy an election while your state is going bankrupt. Just think what you could have done with $180 million dollars? Nearly every college student in the CA University system could have a portion of a paid scholarship or free tuition. It's the arrogance and sense of entitlement that people don't like!!

26. I don't think I've ever disliked any candidate/politician more than her
lie-berman and pailyn are a distant tied for second place. Possibly because she's in CA and I take it more personally, but she is just SO horribly horrid.

megsy has spent SO much money, and her NEVER ENDING scolding commercials made a hater out of me.

In CT, Linda McMahon has spent a whopping $37 per voter. I hope the folks in CT are as smart as Californians. :)
