Charlie Sheen hospitilized after naked drunken rampage
http://www.accesshollywood.com/updated-police-called-to-charlie-sheens-nyc-hotel-actor-taken-to-hospital_article_38846

NEW YORK, N.Y. --
UPDATE: Late Tuesday morning, a source told Access that Charlie Sheen was en route to Los Angeles. He left from an airport in Teterboro, New Jersey.

----

Charlie Sheen had another brush with the law early Tuesday morning, as this time, authorities were called to the actor’s hotel in New York City.

According to The New York Post – who first reported the news – police were called to The Plaza Hotel in New York, where the actor was found naked and allegedly intoxicated, a Post source claimed.

The source also said that the suite’s furniture had been thrown around the room, which prompted Plaza security to call police. The actor’s suite was reportedly “trashed” and the chandelier was damaged during the incident.

A separate source close to the investigation told Access that paramedics responded to a call for alcohol and drug intoxication. The source also said that Sheen was taken to a nearby hospital at 2:30 AM.

The paper went on to claim that the incident started after Sheen returned to his hotel with an unidentified woman and reportedly could not find his wallet. He then reportedly flew " into a rage.”

Sheen’s rep, Stan Rosenfield, told Access, “What we are able to determine is that Charlie had an adverse allergic reaction to some medication :eyes: and was taken to the hospital, where is expected to be released tomorrow.

and he has a history of almost killing multiple women...

so I think it can probably be assumed.

Notice how no one mentions this part of the story. Hollywood loves to protect their women beaters.

39. Yup
The fact that he has done this before never seems to register in anyone's memory. He has a long history of this type of thing and the news glosses that part over.

15. It depends on the issue.

Charlie Sheen is now old enough to take respnsibility for himself. He has some type of addiction, or many and he is out of control, sort of like Lohan. He has to hit bottom first and then there may be hope for whatever is going on in his head to be adressed.

16. He doesn't have any consequences. He keeps getting more praise and money...
despite his "out of control" behavior.

He is currently the highest paid actor on television. He won't stop until he spends a few years in prison or until he goes up on stage at an award show and is booed by the whole crowd of his peers. Neither of which I think will happen in the near future...

Edited on Tue Oct-26-10 03:55 PM by LisaL
hookers. There pretty much no consequences for the character for anything that character does.
So it's not like his behavior off the TV screen is going to disillusion the viewers that he is actually very different from the character he plays.

I don't think he ever pretended to be a role model so he gets a pass on hyperventilating outrage from me and probably quite a few others.

29. Yes because believing the Bush assministration is better
Than really investigating 9/11. Some of us aren't happy with the lack of evidence they gave us. But we're all nuts. Because Iraq did have WMD's, and we don't torture, and the air in NY near ground zero is not harmful either. See I feel better now.
