Cheney said she's predicting big changes in the federal government come next Tuesday, with Republicans taking many seats in the House and Senate. She said women may play a big role in that happening.
"I think the women, when they go into the polling place, make their decision based on who can best do the job,” Cheney said.

That falls in place firmly with her belief that Arkansas Republican John Boozman will walk away with a strong victory over incumbent Democratic Sen. Blanche Lincoln on Tuesday.

Cheney also said she thinks the Tea Party movement is a good thing for American politics. She said it's a good thing to see so many more Americans wanting to participate in the democratic process. She said she doesn't think the controversy surrounding some of the tea party candidates will cost the Republicans any votes.
