The machines are fixed --- heard it twice in the last two days, right wing radio
Once on Rush yesterday. He lead with it in the first 10 minutes.

This morning the local guy on the same channel was discussing it with some nameless member of the rightwing writing corp.

14-17 people in Nevada have seen their votes switched or be predetermined in electronic voting machines. One, ONE, in North Carolina. They stated that the voting machines techs are members of the SEIU.

Three (obvious) points regardless of the truth of any of this
1. Union bashing is at an all-time high across the rightwing landscape
2. It sure sounds like they are preparing for less than they are trying to convince everyone that they have already won. Victimization is sure to follow closely.
3. I watched the same charges from our side before we lost two in a row. I trusted our sources much more. They think that they are running our playbook right in front of us, their movement is fake and doesn't have the legs to go the distance.

Anyway that is what they are saying- the machines are fixed.

3. Don't vote Republican! It only flips it to Democrat. The way to
win is to double cross them and all conservatives vote Democrat! That'll show 'em.

4. I suspect they know they
Are not going to do well. It is the polls. People arevstarting to realize how wrong the polls are.

That said American elections are not clean.

5. Finally
The cat is out of the bag?

We'd been hoping all along that the r-wingers could see the danger in having corruptible machines hold sway over how our votes are counted.

Has the time finally come? If so, that will be the death of those bad machines.

In every election since Bush won? Perhaps they are pulling a page from our play-book.

11. First of all, in 2000, the SCOTUS illegally chose Bush. Secondly, the Ohio vote WAS rigged, 2004.

Finally, one side's being correct (Democratic) doesn't mean the other side also is.
We had truth, not a "playbook."

18. The "playbook" I was referring to
Was the grassroots movement thing. Their's is of course fake in terms of both money and size but they have got their people out into the sun.

Nothing attracts a crowd like a crowd. With the media inflating the Tea Baggers they leapt over the intital awkward stage of strangers meeting in someone's house or staring at an empty office space thinking of having to set up a call center or a campaign office. They had an massive infusion of corporate/lobbying money and structured walking papers and talking point (last summer's meeting disruption) - clearl Alinsky inspired which they profess to hate.

Now they are finishing it off with GOTV via the media (which we can't have) and now conspiracy stories to scare the last .5% to make sure they get out to vote. Like I tried to say our doubts on voting machines were very well founded and substantial, from experience of observing their habits I was suspect that one claim lead to another (mob mentality) and I would not be surprised at all if the whole thing wasn't contrived on high and sent down to create a news story.

10. It's exciting to know
Edited on Wed Oct-27-10 08:42 PM by oswaldactedalone
that the algorithms we've been working on in total "blackout" secrecy for 23 months are fully operational and the voting machines can be hacked with our "reverse flow" cybertech program. Our group is going to totally eff with the 'Thug-licans minds this year. The test was the vote flip in NC where we controlled the Beta Q monitors on four separate occasions before allowing the correct data flow into the designated category.

We cracked a code they used in '04 - '08, and coded in our own appositional text that randomly flips a thug vote to Dem with a micro-probability factor of x-2 divided by x squared in a fully randomized sample. The code is untraceable as no hypertexting program could possibly expect to predict an occurence probability of Q-P2 with quadrupling of xxz/yy times theta. They'll never find it!!!

Prepare for victory Dems!!!

Edited on Wed Oct-27-10 08:45 PM by Beetwasher
And no, we will not allow them to drive again. Yeesh, I mean how else do u explain all the tea baggeds who have been nominated, defying the polls and knocking off deeply established Repubs? You think the Repubs would allow that if they still had the keys?

19. Then we need to join with them to demand a return to paper ballots.
They are fools, and we should exploit their foolishness appropriately to OUR advantage while we have the chance.

20. Rush is a blow hard..
Edited on Thu Oct-28-10 05:57 AM by AsahinaKimi
He is full of hot air. Hot air balloons may rise, but eventually they run out of lift and fall to the earth, and some times they even land on power lines. Rush is wrong. The tea baggers are wrong for the nation. Many people have seen that now, just recently, in fact. If that event was not a strong enough image of who Tea Baggers are, then there are plenty of other examples to choose from.
