3. But not shocked at the violence. Just another day at another rally.
The blonde wig was part of her role in the satire: she was portraying a corporate head who was there to present a mock award to Rand for his representing corporate interests (instead of the interests of the very people who were "trying to protect" their hypocritic master).

Irony served with ignorance, with a bit of screwy sense of priorities on the side.
