IF GOP takes House Majority We Can Expect House Investigations of Dems 24/7....
The GOP has threatened to shut down government to stop Dems' Big Govt plans. Never mind Govt expanded more under George W Bush than any other President.

The GOP has said they won't compromise with Dems.

And the GOP will fill up the committee schedules with investigations of Dems and the President.

WELL HELLO?

Anyone in the White House think it is time to junk further attempts at bipartisanship and take the gloves off?

Wall Street sure gets it.... all their $$ going to Repubs.

Bring the Hammer Mr. Obama?

1. There's also the possibility of a Clintonesque Redux
In that they find some stupid item and latch onto it, using it as an excuse to convene an "independent' investigator, like Ken Starr. :puke:

2. Followed by massive Republican losses two years later
That's some consolation, anyway.

4. If those Fuck-A-Toids haven't already brought govt to a stand still, winning the House...
...will most certainly give them the chance to do everything NOT in the best interests of the public.

5. I should create a DU poll on how long we think before impeachment starts
I bet they have it all planned and will use some completely bogus grounds to impeach Obama within weeks of the new House being seated

6. I think Mr. Obama long ago realized he jumped the shark with the Pukes
and tried to be buddies with these whores instead of leading the Country.

8. Mike Pence has refused a 2 yr commitment to serve until 2012... Presidential plans?
He came in first in the Voters Values strawpoll, and he clearly has his eyes on higher office.

He would likely pick up this agenda and run with it.

9. don't know why progressive pundits don't mention this more often. They should
bring up travel-gate, whitewater, office records...all the crap and hundreds of millions spent on investigating Clinton.

10. President Obama and the Democrats should refuse to cooperate
Edited on Thu Oct-28-10 02:48 PM by Proud Liberal Dem
in any attempts by the Republicans to investigate him for anything LESS than what Buscho got away with. Not only should they refuse to cooperate but they should laugh at them for even daring to suggest that he be investigated for anything LESS than what Bushco did. That (mis-)administration and its Republican enablers raised the bar pretty damned high in terms of official misconduct, so high that it will be nearly impossible for the misconduct of ANY current or future President to meet the constitutional threshold of "high crimes and misdemeanors" necessary to be impeached.
