The right wing has Bern fed a steady diet of hatred and violent rhetoric from faux and right radio for fifteen years. With that much irrational hatred I can only see violence on the horizon. What we've seen so far, like Miller's goons arresting a journalist and Paul's goons savagely attacking a defenseless 110 pound woman are acts of violence shared by most of the extremists on the right. I'm sure most of them want to commit their own acts of violence and I don't see anyone who is an adult in the republican party who will speak out against the misfits in their party. As long as their followers can be so easily manipulated with hatred, fear, racism and rage the extremists will continue to commit violent acts. They even equate patriotism with violence and they believe anyone who doesn't walk in lockstep with them and their irrational beliefs are enemies of our country, and because they consider us enemies they can easily justify their violent acts against us.
No one in leadership positions are trying to extinguish the lit fuses burning all over our country. Anger is the republican's best asset because they are void of ideas to make our country better. At least by keeping their base outraged to the point of irrational behavior they can count on them voting republican. One bright spot might come when, and if, these extremists realize republicans have no intention of making our country better they will turn their anger towards the republican leaders. Unfortunately, I don't have much faith in the mental or reasoning abilities of extremists because they were so easily duped in the first place. Hell, I don't even have any reason to believe these extremists are capable of sane behavior. They have all had their heads filled with the toxic verbal puss from the mouths of cowardly frauds like Hannity, Beck, Limblah and hundreds of other right wing radio hate mongers for years. It will be almost impossible to undo the level of damage these right wing media whores have done to our country and the millions of Americans who eagerly believe everything they are told.
