Kris Kobach declares living voter as deceased

Kobach’s inattention to detail jeopardizes voter’s rights

Topeka, KS – Today, using unofficial documents, Kris Kobach publicly concluded that Mr. Alfred K. Brewer of Wichita is deceased, and therefore no longer an eligible voter.

However, a simple phone call to Mr. Brewer confirmed he is, in fact, living. Records available at the Sedgwick County Election Office confirm that Mr. Brewer is an eligible and active voter.

“Kobach’s inattention to detail raises cause for very serious concern. This is exactly the kind of mistake a qualified candidate for Secretary of State would never make.” said Tyler Longpine, spokesperson for Biggs for Secretary of State “Kobach's reckless claims pit the rights of eligible voters against his own personal political agenda.”

Born May 6th 1932 Mr. Brewer registered to vote July 9th 1964 and remains an active, living and eligible voter.
