This is a question for the politically savvy in Florida elections

Florida has basically a 3 way race for US Senatorial seat. Meek D, Crist I, and rubio R. Polls are very uglified in The R's favor He is said to have broken 45% likely voters, next is Crist with 25%, and meek with 16%.
My question is: if no one candidate receives greater than 50%. Does florida have a runoff for the 2 top candidates?
