I watched about five minutes of it, but both Barbara and Joy were basically abandoning Rosie, so I turned it off.

3. She has a day off

Today is Kelly's 40th birthday (her wife) so she had already scheduled a day off.

4. ABC news aired a clip from today's (unseen show).

Walters said that "the View had their highest rating in Feb, when there was no fighting going on".

That was slap to Rosie saying that the Views high ratings were due to her.

9. I have previously stated that I thought BW was

pushing the controversy (using EH as a tool) for ratings. I have always believed that BW is absolutely evil.

I was never even close to being a Star Jones fan but the way BW has handled the Trump issue and recent problems makes me want to revisit that problem. Bet we will be hearing/seeing some interviews with Star in the next few weeks.

11. I don't understand...

I remember once BW stopped someone from singing a song on the show because they needed permission to sing the song, otherwise they “had to pay royalties”. ....Then there was the time when after the women put down American Idol, FOX held back on clips to be shown on the View.

Why does BW release Rosie clips to be used against her on these “crappy news shows”?

12. Good question - you get a prize.

I hadn't thought about releasing clips. Maybe they are in the public domain and therefore can be used, but maybe not. Perhaps ABC is also providing direction and comments behind the scenes. I know they showcased EH on one of their tabloids last night - again trying to make Rosie look crazy and EH, BW and The View look rational.

So, BW is actually leading the trashing of Rosie (behind the scenes) while wearing that false smile and projecting her passive and loving demeanor.

I just hope Rosie really has BW's number. I think she woke up during the Trump mess and figured out that BW was absolutely telling her lies on stage and back stage. Perhaps that is why Ro demanded such a large financial payout on a new contract - she figured out that BW was actually her enemy and she wanted to leave.

7. Press conference today - the Friday show is always

taped on Thursday. Since Ro is off today that means whatever was taped for tomorrow will not include Ro either.

On her blog yesterday when asked when she will return to the show she responded sort of in an odd way - something like "I don't know or I'm not sure". She definitely did not say she would be back on Monday or Tuesday. She is really upset with the producer about the split screen thing and not going to commercial break on time. She referred to the split screen thing as a "Springer" moment.
