Ron Reagan chuckled and said that nobody was going to be trading any stinger missiles for him. Tweety laughed and responded, "No towel heads for you."

Update: Apparently, he said "tow head," which is a type of missile that was traded during the Iran-Contra scandal. My mistake, Tweety.

That sure is what it sounded like to me. Is there a weapon or a missile called a "tow head" or "toe head?" Unless there is, I'm convinced that he said "towel heads."
