I am a happy camper
Because of positive feedback - someone got a raise and a step up. When you like a service, get their name and call the company or store and give positive feedback - yea - a raise and a step up! It is important to give recognition to the individual not just the company. This person is going to get my business from now on and the company.

2. It is so easy to get ticked off but when he comes to rewards
we need to be there for those who give great service especially with a smile. This person made me feel important - that should be rewarded. Let's do it everyone - reward the American worker.

Not to mention, all those calls that are recorded for quality assurance, make sure you make it plain when you do get quality assistance.

5. Yep--we're real quick to complain when we're badly served

I wasn't happy about having to having to wait to pick up a package that couldn't be found. But the clerk had someone cover her desk while she looked for it, and the security guard gave me the number of a cab company because it was too late to take the bus back home.

7. I just did that the other day!
Sent a letter to a company praising a specific employee who I have dealt with for some time.

I got a response from their supervisor telling me how happy they were to receive compliments about their staff.

Made me feel good!

8. It is the employee that sells the company
NOT THE COMPANY WHO SELLS THEIR PRODUCTS. Keep it up folks - it is the employee who is going to make a company successful. Let's do a turn around - compliment the employee! Let's save their jobs!

10. This was the first time ever that I was acknowleged by first
name when I called a place - response was positive. Please, please do some positive feedback - they (the company does get it)
