There are to be no changes, amendments or alternatives! This "framework" for legislation is as inviolable and eternal as the tablets Moses brought down from Mt. Sinai. The Medes and Persians envy the static nature of This Agreement that Must Be Passed or America Is Doomed!

4. The issue is, nowadays, What is Wealthy?
Is it two hundred thousand a year? Is it an estate of one million or ten billion?

I'm shocked by the oligophrenic spectrum of debate regarding the tax issues. Most people seem to think that anybody who makes more money than they do is virulently wealthy and needs to be penalized, even if it is a minor amount, not even able to put a kid through college.
