On Holoween last year a gang of black kids beat the crap out of three white girls who by all indications and testimony in court did nothing to provoke an attack. The black kids have been convicted of hate crimes aas well as the assault and other charges. One of the girls had her nose smashed and he cheek bone broken in 14 places. She is going in for more surgery this friday so it wasn't a small thing that happened. Any way I have heard not one comment from Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson about this Hate Crime incident. If they say nothing about this I will certainly rethink my opinion of these two guys.

5. After the Central Park Jogger thing, I'll reserve judgement about

this gang of black kids. You remember that case? The kids all confessed to a crime they didn't commit, because they were threatened with life in prison if they went to court to fight the charges. Years later they were all realeased.

This case has many of the same problems - conflicting testimony, unreliable witnesses, and prosecutors who seem more interested in convictions than in finding the truth of the incident.
