1. Kinnock???? Where the hell did that come from? I know Obama just got
a little flack about "borrowing" something somebody else said, but I didn't bother to read it.

2. oh - screw that part - they are just using it as a comparison - but it's the other things
that he is in the news for today that is so exciting :)

8. When I'm on DU, despondent. Otherwise, pretty good.
Most of DU is almost intolerable. I scan Latest/Greatest, but JBSG & the Exercise forums are the only two I visit for any length of time.

As for my own little corner of the world, I'm really pleased with my workout sessions. I've started losing weight again. Twenty more pounds & I am at my goal. I lost 35 in 2007. Zang! The new job is keeping me busy & I'm learning a lot! Not exactly what I thought I'd be learning, but it's stuff that's good to know & fun to learn, so I'm cool with it. My husband is back at work. He got a job at the same time I got a new job with a nice increase in salary, so we started the year with a nice economic bump.

So, as long as I don't think of politics or the state of the world, I'm good. :D

11. Yes, we were both extremely fortunate with the ease in which we found new jobs.
Especially at our age. ;)

BTW, did you ever look into the virtual assistant career?
