Apparently, Gore, Biden, Dodd, Richardson, and (Pelosi) are going to serve as the "Gang of 5" and Gore has been meeting with the former contenders. They suggested this is to plan for the time to step in as one voice, and why they haven't endorsed anyone.

This might explain why Richardson didn't endorse Clinton after the Super Bowl Sunday get together as was suggested -- because he (Richardson) is part of the "intervening committee"?

I heard something about a gang of 5 on the radio today.....I didn't pay any attention to what was being said. I wish I had now.
I find these developments fascinating. I don't have a clue what is going to happen next. I know one thing....I'm afraid this situation is going to have to be diffused at some point.
If I am to guess..........Hillary has a less than expected showing in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Texas ...this may be where a group steps in and persuades her to pull out.....for the good of the party.

But...on the other hand...she does better than expected.....
