Something not entirely Biden related
just wanted to say my take on some stuff.

hillary is sounding more shrill and desperate by the day. she IS writing republican attack ads.

all the stuff they're tossing at obama lately isn't sticking. he's been responding quickly to everything in the same press cycle. he nailed bush and mccain in the same day.

even though I have no horse in this race, I am inclined to wonder what biden's thoughts are on something of equal importance: senate majority leader.

I think its time for harry reid to go. he's been ineffective and a wimp. I'm wondering if biden would endorse tossing him out and putting dick durbin or chris dodd in his stead. biden was the strongest candidate to respond to the republicans in the debates so it begs the question what he thinks needs to be done in the senate.

1. I don't know if Joe would go up against Reid -
don't know if ANY Senator would. Otherwise I'd think there would have been something said/done by now, don't you?

I heard that Dodd was strongly considered as the SML -- I THINK up against Reid? If so, I bet whoever voted, or whatever they do, are kicking themselves now.

I agree about Reid having to go - my blood boils when I see him up there wimping out. And I think Dodd would be THE BEST SML -- he's truly earned it.

2. I didn't mean joe for SML
I meant I wonder where he stands on it.

obviously joe is eager to see a lot more done and completely frustrated with the republican party and busholvism in general. harry reid has been a horrible majority leader and little more than a fascist enabler, a spineless wimp.

hardly the kind of person joe would really be behind. I'm wondering if he'd back dodd or durbin and if he agrees no matter what happens in the presidential race that the senate needs new leadership. its not a job I see joe wanting but he's going to be a major force in the expanded democratic senate.
