Biden vs Rudy on Tucker

I was watching MSNBC today, and on Tucker there was about a 5-10 minute session about Biden vs Rudy, they declared Biden the winner hands down since he used humor as opposed to just getting angry. That was good to hear!

I was at Smokey Joe's Tavern in Phillie last night for Joe's debate watch party and when Joe Said that about Rudy, the place went wild.Smokey's was packed with Biden Supporters.

I guess Rudy made some joke about Biden not writing his own material.
Matthews had to bring up what happened 20 years ago, and the headline was
BIDEN + PLAGERISM. Unlike Keith, Matthews let Rudy have the last word.
