President Evo Morales will be in NY to speak on April 22nd at a community forum in Harlem and there are still tickets left! Below I have forwarded you the announcement. Request some at the email below for yourself, your organization, your school, and pass it on to any you think would be interested. This is a unique opportunity to hear the first Indigenous president of Bolivia speak about current issues as well as the environment and actions that Bolivia is taking to fight against climate change, poverty and issues that affect us all.

Organizations are able to get dozens and dozens of tickets so act fast! Let’s pack the house!

TO REQUEST TICKETS for your organization or yourself, please send the number of tickets desired and the names of those wishing to attend to: [e-mail]

Tickets will be given on a first come, first serve basis, with each organization allotted a limited amount of tickets as defined by the Mission. The last day for ticket requests will be April 16, 2009. Please submit the complete name or names as they appear on an official ID and the name of the affiliated organization. Only ticket-holders will be allowed into the event, and ID must be shown at the door. The Mission will try to accommodate all requests, however, SPACE IS LIMITED.

Instructions on how and when to pick up tickets will be sent by email after your request is received.
