VIDEO: A Rare Look Inside a Haitian Prison
This video shows an American doctor's trip inside a Haitian prison. You will see a caption which describes "who" the inmates are -- unfortunately, it is not accurate. I think 40-50% of the prisoners were Aristide supporters scooped up off the streets beginning the day after the 2004 coup by the Haitian National Police and the UN peacekeepers in an attempt to quash popular support for Aristide. Most of these guys have never been charged nor seen a lawyer.

2. what is the piece of art?
At :30 they show him walking down some stairs... there's a piece of art on the wall. Who is the artist? Anyone know?
