El Barómetro de Gobernabilidad Iberoamericano 2009 indica que Obama tiene una valoración positiva del 70 por ciento, Lula del 58,9 por ciento, don Juan Carlos un 54,7 y Zapatero un 50 por ciento. En decimosexta y última posición estaría el jefe de Estado de Venezuela, Hugo Chávez, con un 28 por ciento.

Obama leads at 70% approval, followed by lula at 59%, King Juan Carlos 54%. Zapatero at 50%. In the sixteenth and LAST position is Hugo with 28%. Hugo takes Bush's place from last year.

1. struggle4progress questioned whether opinions on specific presidents was asked
Click on the tab at the top on the right that says "percepcion de la opinion publica en 22 paises de iberoamerica"

it has a breakdown of people's opinions from other countries on all the leaders of countries that participated in the survey. Chavez was second to last in people's estimation in 2008, only Bush was worse. Now that Bush is gone, Chavez is the least liked president of the 22 countries that participating according to reports from the 2009 study.
