Bush's "Igor," on Latin American affairs, Roger Noriega, discusses the internet program,
"Visión Américas" starting in April, and he gets right in there and asks is Hugo Chavez going to run amuck and destroy life as we know it, so to speak. I don't know if we should encourage these clowns by actually going to the site, or not. You be the judge.
