Peru’s new Fokkers
Peru has bought two ex-Dutch Air Force Fokker 60s.

Gary Parsons - 17-Mar-2010

March 17: In a statement made on March 9, the Dutch government announced that a contract to supply two ex-Royal Netherlands Air Force Fokker 60 MPA aircraft to Peru had been signed on February 23. No details regarding proposed delivery dates are known at this time.

Both aircraft had been converted from existing Fokker 60 UTA-N aircraft operated by 334 Squadron to temporarily replace the RNLAF’s retired P-3C Orions in the Caribbean but were themselves withdrawn from service in late 2007, being replaced by additional C-130 Hercules transporters.

Peru's President, Alan "Two Breakfasts" Garcia.
If he could walk that way he wouldn't need talcum.
