BUENOS AIRES, April 16 (Xinhua) -- Members of the State Workers Association (ATE) and other cultural organizations Wednesday protested in front of Argentina's Culture Ministry against the closing of ... 500 free cultural workshops belonging to the Neighborhood Cultural Program granting free artistic courses to inhabitants in this capital city.

The protesters blocked traffic in downtown Avenida de Mayo where they staged various artistic activities, including musical shows.

ATE expressed anger that 500 teachers from the program have not received their wages ...
