Hitting Cuba through Bolivia

Casals & Associates, Inc., headed by Beatriz Casals, is the sluice trough through which USAID money flows to undermine the Evo Morales government in Bolivia. And funny thing…it all goes back to the ceaseless U.S. efforts to destroy the Cuban revolution. Néstor García Iturbe explains.

Among the various mechanisms created by the United States government with the objective of trying to topple the government of Bolivia, an important role belongs to the actions developed by USAID in which a wide range of businesses and organizations are used to cloak the "killer claw" that gives money to take away life.

The strategy that is being employed in Bolivia seeks to divide the existing revolutionary forces within the country while strengthening the right-wing. A policy of "regression" which was successful in the Reagan era and as we indicated in an article titled "Yankee Diplomatic Offensive in Latin America," published in Entorno in July of 2007 is being applied as follows:

"Regression" will be applied individually. Its application will begin after the successful provocation of a situation where "ungovernability" has been demonstrated in the country and "democracy" is in such a crisis, that in order to implement peace, order and security, a humanitarian intervention by the United States armed forces is necessary to ensure the establishment of a "democratically legitimate" regime.

It's completely, morally indefensible for these scum to be handed so much authority just because they are so useful politically, and useful for filthy tricks, like hit squads, Watergate burglaries, bombings, vote stuffing, rioting, etc., etc. and the multitude of schemes like the filthy games they run for agencies like U.S.A.I.D. as detailed in your article.

It's made multi-millionaires of people like Jorge Mas Canosa, and _{Jeb Bush's} old pal, Miguel Recarey, who pulled off the largest U.S. Medicaid scheme in history before he fled the country to live in Spain and Venezuela, and what about all the Iran-Contra creeps who hauled all the dope around?

Jesus H. Christ on a pogo stick. Not a shred of dignity in the whole reactionary clan, and their brilliant managers in Washington.

There is no mystery whatsoever in why the Cuban population rose up against them and threw their filthy asses out. I hope it WILL be a bitterly cold day in Hell before they are EVER allowed back into Cuba in any official capacity.

On edit: don't forget all the hard work they put in murdering leftist diplomats and military figures and dissidents in Operation Condor, even insulting their host country by bombing and slaughtering Chilean diplomat, Orlando Letelier, his American assisstant, Ronnie Moffit, and injuring Ronnie Moffit's husband on the street in Washington, D.C. in broad daylight.
