In case you missed it, Sarah Palin resorts to reading GOP talking points FAXes openly on Fox News
Edited on Sun Aug-01-10 10:13 PM by zulchzulu

In case you missed Sarah Palin make an ass out of herself today on Fox News Sunday, you may have missed where she basically PROVED she is a flake ditz airhead when she openly resorted to having to openly read the GOP talking points given to her to "make her point". They may have been either fax sheets or mimeograph copies.

The woman can't even have the mental capacity or understanding of the issues to be able to talk without a fucking couple sheets of paper in front of her to "read" in her ridiculous half-thoughts and spastic half-witted claptrap.

1. It is so hard to verbalize the stupidity that is Sarah Palin!
I wonder if her 30 minutes of fame is finally coming to an end?

10. Video here (with warning it's Palin talking)
http://video.foxnews.com/v/4299765/sarah-palin-on-fns/

At the time indicated in the video is where she resorts to talking points on sheets of paper. Chris Wallace appears embarrassed.

12. Thanks!
I found it earlier this morning. But hoohaw, she is a pip.

This was a wonderful response to what she said in today's WaPo opinion page: http://voices.washingtonpost.com/postpartisan/2010/08/palins_sleight_of_palm.html

No matter how many times Sarah Palin writes it on her palm, it's not true. Democrats do not want to enact a $3.8 trillion tax increase, the biggest in U.S. history. Let's leave aside the point that it was George W. Bush who signed the law allowing the tax cuts to expire at the end of this year, and the accompanying metaphysical argument over whether allowing a tax cut to expire as scheduled is equivalent to enacting a tax increase.

{snip}

Sorry, you don't know what you're talking about.

Reasonable people can differ about whether the current fragile state of the economy counsels extending all the tax cuts on a temporary basis, even those for the wealthiest Americans -- although I think the political risk of locking in the high-end cuts on a permanent basis exceeds the fiscal risk of letting them expire. "It's idiotic to think about increasing taxes at a time like this," Palin said. Of course the "idiots" who have advocating letting the tax cuts expire on schedule include former Federal Reserve Board Chairman Alan Greenspan -- which makes him more of a tax-raiser than Nancy Pelosi. What's really idiotic, though, is conflating the debate about what to do now, while the economy is recovering, with the discussion of what should happen after that.

"We could go on and on and on about what's a part of this expiration of the Bush tax cuts that people, I think, are just superficially hearing information on," Palin said. "They need to delve in there. They need to dig in there and get the information, get the facts, and don't believe the spin coming from the White House."

Delve in there, by all means. But don't believe the spin coming from Sarah Palin.

9. Stop using valuable bandwidth with Palin threads
Stop the obsession! Ignore that moron. She is a diversion candidate.
She takes the fire on purpose so the real nominee will slither through
undetected under the radar.
