2. It's a pretty standard motiff, actually

A rising sun (a new day, change, a lightening of the dark) rising over a field of stripes (like a plowed field, conjuring notons of the "heartland" and "Just plain folks".) In the case of the Obama campaign symbol, you've got the self-explanatory red, white and blue in there.

If I were a Republican, I would stay away from browns, myself... But, hey... they don't call 'em "true colors" for nothing!

8. I'm Not "Trying" Anything

As soon as I saw this, I remembered something that faux "news" did where they made "mistakes", calling Deocrats repubs, and repugs being called dDems. Wish I had a screen cap, or something like that. mark neumann is an ass, and I do believe he is the one trying to capitalize off of Obama's successful 2008 campaign, a cheap attempt to immitate/copy a successful strategy. he's probably too lazy to come up with something on his own. also, he wants to eliminate teacher licensing, and I'm sure many know how I feel about that. This OP was NOT directed at Obama, it was directed at neumann. Sorry for any confusion.

Beautiful logo....i remember way back before they used this logo...it was ugly but through tweaks it became this! Love it! Definitely the best campaign logo ever.
