The U.S. Secret Service spoke with Goodtime Amusements owner Irvin L. Good Jr. concerning a carnival game inviting patrons to shoot darts at a likeness of President Barack Obama.
"We’re aware of it," said Secret Service spokesman Ed Donovan. "We’ve already spoken to the gentleman and we’ll take whatever action is appropriate."
The carnival game "Alien Attack" was featured at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Church Big Time celebration in Roseto. The object was to hit the head and heart of the likeness of President Obama.
Federal law provides tough sanctions for threats against the president's image, although a U.S. Attorney's office spokeswoman wasn't sure whether her office would take any action as a result of the game.
