1. I'm convinced they want to be more like faux. Also, as
another DUer noted in another thread, sour grapes because the admin didn't give them a heads-up on the Iraq withdrawal yesterday.

11. Don't you love how they imply that Obama's religion is a matter of opinon expressed by the WH, not
a plain and simple fact.

3. DimSon had his brush-clearing ass on vacation
when the country was in peril. The aid that delivered the PDB on Aug. 6th was told he had covered his ass.
This guy (Obama)can not catch a break. They are out to destroy him...period.

4. Better to vacation after ENDING a war...
... than to vacation after STARTING one.

6. The Title Says It All
Criticism likely to follow Obama on vacation... who are these critics? CNN, FAUX, hate-radio and MSNBC will dabble in it also.

13. At this point Obama 70 days Bush 225 days
This is Mr. Obama's 9th vacation since taking office. As of today, he has spent all or part of 38 days on "vacation" away from the White House. He has also made 14 visits to Camp David spanning all or part of 32 days. It brings his total time away to all or part of 70 days.

It's less than the "vacation" time taken during the same period by his immediate predecessor. (Former President George W. Bush gets the quotation marks too.)

As of this point in his 1st term, Mr. Bush had made 14 visits to his Texas ranch spanning all or part of 102 days. He also made 40 visits to Camp David spanning all or part of 123 days. His "vacation" total at this point in his presidency was all or part of 225 days away.

Bush took month long vacations, and if he wasn't in Crawford he spent nearly every weekend at Camp David usually making Friday a half day. The Obama's hardly use Camp David because of their daughters sports & school activities.
