Joe Biden, the VP needs to say more
Joe needs to give frequent 'carefully scripted comments' that hit a home run for Democrats. Tell the voters what Democrats have achieved and how terrible the Republicans are. Nice sound bytes so that even the 'dumb' ones can understand. Joe can slice a TV commentator/anchor in half.

In some ways I think that he has been underused or is being muzzled to some extent.
