Obamas thank WWII veteran before he travel to NOLA
CAPE COD, Mass. - President Obama and first lady Michelle Obama thanked a World War II veteran Sunday before boarding Air Force One for New Orleans.

"So nice to see you sir," the president said to Jack Duggan. I'm very proud of your service."

The first lady embraced Duggan in a full hug and held his hand as they briefly chatted.

Duggan said he was in Normandy for five weeks and boasted that he's 88 years old.

"You look great," the president told him. "You must be doing something right."
