3. That's damn good.
It's almost triple the support among Republicans (13 percent).

Independents weren't keen on the auto industry bailout or the stimulus either.

It's also not unusual for laws ushering massive change to be met with resistance. Wall Street Reform is a sign that people really hate the financial industry.
