2. Well...
They are the kind of people who believe the BS, in other words they are gullible, and when they are scared, and that's what the right does, scare people, they tend to buy into the BS that republicans can "save" them from all the evil things, like taxes, Muslims, liberals, and socialism! Most of them are older people who let fear take over. My mother in law is like that. She has always been a republican, but never really what I would call crazy or radical, then she started to listen to Rush, and she went over the edge, big time! When people let others think for them, and when they listen to the same propaganda day after day after day, they really do become brain washed! Rush, Fox news, and of course for the real crazy bunch Glen Beck, do a great job of brain washing anyone who is dumb enough to listen to them day after day. The right knows this and that's why they let these idiots get away with so much, they know their followers are going to do what they are told to do, and they want those votes. If Rush says vote for one person or another, they do it. If Beck says anything they believe it, and that's the way the right likes it! Gloom and doom work great in politics and religion!

3. When all else fails....don't they knows they on the losing side of the equation...poor odds
Compared to the entire US Population....There is only few that subscribe to the GOP Plan/pledge/planks....of poor quality....

For whatever reason....they act, talk, walk with DELUSION and will fight tooth and nail to defe3nd their Delusion....

There has to be ways to lower the Delusion Factor...

we can do it if we try...

17. Yeah, that's pretty close to the GOP'ers in my family.
They figure that if the boogymen get their way, the boogymen will make them poorer and more desperate than they already are.

The boogymen change from election to election (gun nabbers, commies, gays, women wanting equal rights, peaceniks, liberals, elites, latte drinkers, immigrants, etc.).... but there's always an underlying motivational factor of fear.

11. They trust their Party without question...
much moreso than Democrats, in my opinion. It doesn't have to even make sense. They believe Democrats are immoral and dishonest and their side is right, no matter how much proof is put in front of them.

23. Blame someone
It's really about blame. They look around and see a World they are not happy with and rather than try to change it they'd rather blame someone or something for their own personal difficulties. Blame Liberals, Blame immigrants, Blame Obama etc. etc.

What's sad is that they've been led to vote and organize against their own interests.
