CA-03: Lungren exploits lobbyist loophole.

Democrat Dr. Ami Bera is challenging RW Repub Dan Lungren for the House seat in California's 3rd congressional district.

Bera has a new ad out showing how Lungren was quick to exploit a legal loophole in order to participate in lobbyist pleasure junkets.

Does California really need continued "representation" from a lobby sock puppet?
